Supervisor Rick Billings recommended denying the claim and said livestock owners should pursue livestock insurance; the committee voted unanimously to recommend denial.
The committee’s recommendation to deny the claim was made by Supervisor Rick Billings, seconded by Supervisor Roscoe Call, and approved unanimously as a committee recommendation.
