Public works announces East Jefferson road closure and Angel Street water-main replacement

He told the council the city will do the pipe installation in-house with an excavating contractor handling the digging; homeowners could be off service for roughly "1 to 2 hours" during connection. The council did not vote on either project tonight; staff presented timing and coordination details and will return with further scheduling and notification plans.
