Planning & Development Specialist Josh Reagan told trustees there are 58 open code enforcement cases in the town, 35 of which are tall-grass complaints. For the month of May, Reagan said four cases were opened, three were finalized and two use permits are under review.
The board did not take additional enforcement action during the meeting but received the department's monthly update. Staff told trustees they continue to process cases and review use-permit applications according to town code and will report back as permits progress through review.
