Separately, the board received an updated draft of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual for the Town of Sperry and the Sperry Utility Services Authority and was asked to review the document. The minutes record distribution of the drafts and packets of project ideas for grant planning but do not record specific schedule changes or approval actions on the drafts themselves.
