Mayor Robert Morton called a special meeting of the Town of Sperry Board of Trustees to order at 9:00 a.m. on April 11, 2026, at City Hall, 115 N. Cincinnati. Trustees Melody Anderson, Gary Callahan, David Cassidy and Patrick McCotter were present and the meeting proceeded as a strategic planning discussion involving trustees, Sperry Utility Services Authority board members, the town administrator and staff.
The group discussed a broad set of priorities for the town's development, including projects affecting streets, water and sewer infrastructure and services, public safety and emergency services, and economic development, as well as roles and responsibilities of trustees, SUSA board members and the town administrator. No formal votes or policy actions were taken during the session; the meeting adjourned at 12:35 p.m. and the minutes note that they were later approved by the board on May 14, 2026.
