Trustee Keith Leitzinger was directed to obtain contractor quotes by approximately August, and Clerk/Treasurer Shawna Atterbury and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Sheckler were asked to investigate potential grant opportunities, though expectations were tempered due to the nature of the work. The committee recorded consensus on the recommendation rather than a formal roll-call vote.
