Valley View finance update: IGT $15.1M, February census 92.1% (270-bed basis)

Donna Strecker, Valley View’s director of finance, presented month-end figures and utilization metrics for the facility, reporting that IGT funding for December 2025 was $15.1 million and other revenues totaled $33.2 million. "IGT funding was at $15.1 million. Other revenues were at $33.2 million," Strecker said while reviewing personal services, equipment, contractual, indirect costs and employee benefits figures.
Strecker also summarized February operational revenues and utilization: other revenues $5.3 million; personal services $3.3 million; contractual $931,339; employee benefits $2.6 million; serial bond interest $15,668. She reported a February census of 92.10% based on 270 beds and a Medicaid utilization rate of 76.76% with Medicare at 13.47% and private pay at 7.34%. The committee did not pursue further fiscal action during the meeting.
