Mark Digman outlined specific requirements he would recommend to TDS, including pre- and post-televising of sewer crossings, maintaining five-foot clearances from hydrants, proper easements, erosion control measures, and timely lawn restoration. McLimans warned that the village will not grant blanket permission for unrestricted digging, citing recent infrastructure repair issues on Mill Street.
"The village cannot give carte blanche permission for unrestricted digging, particularly given recent infrastructure repair issues on Mill Street," McLimans said, and the board voted to retain Delta 3 to ensure TDS plans meet village standards before work proceeds. The motion passed unanimously.
