Superintendent Mister Sitta thanked the parent for raising the concern, apologized for the family's experience, and described the district's kindness campaign and clinical supports that are being implemented. He offered immediate, individual follow-up: "right when we're done, Mister Thomas is gonna grab you and see how we can help individually that case in the now," the superintendent said, and staff committed to connect the family to building-level supports and follow-up services.
