"Tonight in closed session, the board took action to approve a settlement agreement in the matter of case OCR o 9261565," President Barrow said during the open session announcement. He then read the roll-call vote, stating President Barrow, Board member Van Landingham, Board member Cole and Board member Bovella LaMonica voted "yes," and the vice president/clerk was absent.
