The board also adopted a regular meeting schedule to be held at 6 p.m. at the South Londonderry Town Hall, 139 Middletown Road, while town office renovations continue; members agreed meetings may be held remotely as allowed by law. "I moved to hold regular meetings with the select board on the 1st and 3rd days of the month at 6PM at the town hall, 139 Middletown Road in South Londonderry until such time as the town office building renovations are completed," a select board member said.
Additionally, the board designated the Vermont Journal as the newspaper of record and set three physical locations for posting agendas and notices: the Londonderry town office (Twitchell Building), the Londonderry post office and the South Londonderry post office.
