"I would move to approve the access permit application number 2025‑01 submitted by the corner store for modification of existing access to their parcel located on the north side of Middletown Road and authorize the chair to sign the permit on behalf of the board," the member said.
The board approved the motion on voice vote. The committee noted the work associated with the access had been completed and the permit filing was to regularize the change and confirm any required easements.
