The board authorized the Woodstock Conservancy to work with municipal staff on public-feedback sessions for rehabilitating the village green and to endorse bicentennial planning initiatives. The Conservancy representative (speaker 16) said the group envisions at least three sessions: (1) review of design concepts, (2) materials and cost discussions, and (3) final design and recommendation; the Conservancy also plans an online survey to gather broader input.
Trustees discussed timing and public-notice procedures, and staff confirmed they were working to block public-session dates and share them on the town website. The motion to authorize the Conservancy to work with staff passed on a voice vote.
