Steve Hiller, agent for Dan Ball, presented a detailed sketch for a replacement entry door at 39 South Street. Board members said the proposed design fits the house and raised no historic-preservation concerns; staff confirmed this building is not on any historic register.
The board closed testimony and voted to accept the application as submitted. One board member thanked the applicant for the clear drawings and the project was approved in a routine vote with no further conditions.
“Detailed, and it actually looks nice,” the chair said after reviewing the sketch. Clerk/staff confirmed the item was a design-review piece only and required no additional design-review conditions.
