Board reviews curb and sidewalk inspection; homeowners to be notified of repair responsibilities

District Engineer Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and recommended a scope of work for areas deemed severe. Krebs said he has sent the project quantities to Collier Paving and expects to present repair quotes at the next meeting. He also said staff will prepare a draft homeowner notification advising that certain driveway and curb repairs are the homeowner's responsibility; the notice will be reviewed by Mrs. Adams and Mr. Schultz before distribution.
The board was asked to review pending quotes and a proposed memorandum notifying affected homeowners. Staff emphasized that final contractor quotes and homeowner notifications are required before work proceeds.
