Trustees asked about ongoing access and the scope of medical information. Hayes clarified that enrollment items (including immunizations) remain part of the enrollment process and that the portal’s medical fields will capture allergies and medications; health techs will validate entries and follow up with parents for required paperwork. Trustees also asked about whether parents could continue to access and edit records after submission; staff said they are reviewing options to limit edits for certain fields (for example, address changes would require visiting the school office).
