The New London Board of Education Finance & Audit Committee approved line-item transfers over $25,000 at its Jan. 26, 2026 meeting. Chair Elaine Maynard-Adams moved to approve the transfers; Mr. Rich Martin seconded the motion, which the committee recorded as carried 3-0.
Chief Financial Officer Rob Funk reviewed the transfers with the committee and noted the supporting reports are available in their entirety upon request. The committee did not record further debate; the approval was handled as a single motion during the finance-review portion of the agenda.
