The board approved the permit unanimously, attaching four conditions: compliance with Cottonwood County Zoning Ordinance #28, obtaining all required federal/state/local permits and fees, implementing erosion control measures, and providing a waste receptacle on site during construction.
Commissioner Donna Gravley made the motion to approve the permit and Commissioner Larry Anderson seconded; the motion passed by unanimous vote. The conditions were specified at the time of approval and are recorded in county planning files.
