Planning & Zoning Technician Alex Schultz presented a Conditional Use Permit application from Douglas Quade for an expansion of a dwelling in shoreland in Westbrook Township, Section 18. The board approved the permit unanimously, attaching four conditions: compliance with Cottonwood County Zoning Ordinance #28, obtaining all required federal/state/local permits and fees, implementing erosion control measures, and providing a waste receptacle on site during construction.
