County confirms heavy-equipment hires, accepts two resignations and OKs recruitment for legal secretary

County Coordinator Kelly Thongvivong updated the board that Paul Jones and Dalton Riordan have completed pre-employment requirements and will begin heavy-equipment roles on Oct. 7. The board accepted the resignation of Legal Secretary Dana Kass effective Oct. 11 with payout of benefits and approved advertising the Legal Secretary position if requested by the County Attorney. The board also accepted the resignation of part-time Jailer/Dispatcher Daniel Gardiner effective Sept. 30.
