The Draper City Planning Commission voted Nov. 14 to grant a requested extension to the approval of the Draper Medical Condominium amended subdivision plat (application 23-0238). Todd Draper, the planning staff contact, told commissioners the applicant had been unable to record the plat within the prior year and requested up to six months of additional time to complete recordation.
"It is a fairly simple, request just to extend this for up to 6 months," Todd Draper said while describing the application and the staff report. Commissioner Lisa moved to approve the extension, citing the staff findings that there was good cause for the extension; Kendra seconded. The commission voted unanimously to grant the extension.
The extension allows the developer additional time to record the condominium plat for the approximately 0.81-acre property identified in the packet. The motion carried without conditions recorded in the commission action.
