He said the adjustments will use a combination of unrestricted and restricted funds and recommended approval.
A trustee asked whether these included contracted behavioral‑services positions and McReynolds confirmed some contracted services are separate (for nonpublic schools) and would not be covered by Medi‑Cal. After brief discussion the board moved and approved the salary schedules by unanimous vote. The board thanked labor partners for negotiations that produced the agreements.
