Auburn Elementary teacher tells board behavior problems are disrupting instruction

Hedspeth also raised concerns about administrative burdens, saying she spent 9.75 hours on required trainings but was paid for only 6.9 hours. Trustees acknowledged the concerns and asked staff to continue working on student supports and staffing solutions discussed during the HR presentation. The superintendent and directors said they will pursue options that combine personnel, training and parent engagement to reduce classroom disruptions.
