Member Stumpf moved to place the FY26 Amended Budget on display for 30 days; Member Mushaney seconded and the motion passed with all seven members recorded as voting yes. Member Carroll moved to set a public hearing on June 23, 2026 for the FY26 Amended Budget; Member DeClue seconded and the board again voted 7–0 to approve the hearing date.
The motions were recorded as formal board actions during the regular meeting convened by President Stoll at 6:30 p.m. The district will display the amended budget for the statutorily required review period before the scheduled hearing, allowing the public to examine the document prior to June 23.
