Visionary Homes presents Phase 2 of Legends Crossing; planning commission recommends approval

The Farr West Planning Commission recommended that the city council approve Legends Subdivision Phase 2, a Visionary Homes project at approximately 1500 North 2300 West.
Oscar Javette, a representative for Visionary Homes, described Phase 2 as a mixed product area within the previously approved Phase 1. “There’s about 9 single family homes in the 23 townhomes,” Javette said, explaining that Phase 2 sits in the middle of Phase 1 and continues road and lot patterns established earlier.
A commissioner said the engineer’s materials looked satisfactory and moved to recommend approval; the motion was seconded and carried. The commission confirmed the item will go to the city council for final action. Commissioners also confirmed the next council meeting schedule when adjourning the session.
