In March principals conducted classroom walkthroughs (121 observations) as a baseline: adopted curriculum was observed roughly 58% of the time and individual student technology (Chromebooks/iPads) was in use in 20.6% of observations (21 out of 102 technology check responses). District metrics reported year‑to‑date reductions in suspensions (down from 5.8% to about 3% mid‑March) and chronic absenteeism (from 30.6% to 23% mid‑March). Staff proposed a district target of 70% daily use of adopted curriculum and committed to more professional development and coaching to increase fidelity; trustees asked for follow‑up data on technology minutes and curriculum usage by program.
