Staff explained the applicant initially hoped to include the property in a prior Cameron Hotel project but did not reach terms with the property owner; the current proposal is a separate project and the applicant asked for more time to provide required materials. Commissioners moved to continue the item to Dec. 17, 2025 to allow further review.
