She said Auburn Elementary currently serves approximately 503 students, holds PBIS gold recognition, is Title I eligible, and relies on community supports such as the Placer County Food Bank and the Sheriff's Activities League for after‑school enrichment.
Petke described multiple family engagement and instructional activities — TK–5 rallies, toolbox teams for middle school, entrepreneurship and field trips — and said the school is continuing investments in targeted interventions (iReady diagnostics, ELD blocks, reading interventions). She thanked teachers and community partners for the year’s progress and invited trustees to upcoming family events.
