The board approved the district’s 2026 Educational Plant Survey (the 5‑year inventory and needs assessment) that the Department of Education requires as the basis for capital work planning. Suzanne Wynne and staff explained the survey documents facility needs and inventory and that projects must be listed in the plant survey to appear in the annual work plan.
Board members asked how the plant survey relates to the annual work plan; staff clarified the plant survey is a five‑year inventory and projects must be included there before appearing in the one‑year work plan. The board approved the final survey as presented by staff by unanimous vote.
