Trustees ratified payment of a firewall invoice at the Nov. 26 meeting after President Shepit said the originally reported invoice amount was $593.61 but the "actual cost came out to be $547.11." Trustee Bogacz moved to ratify payment and the motion passed by voice vote with all present trustees voting yes.
Separately the board approved a new Quadient postage meter rental agreement for $27.95 per month for 36 months; Trustee Bogacz moved to approve the contract and Trustee Fritz seconded. The board approved the contract by voice vote. The CMAP $218 annual invoice was discussed as an item to add to January 2025 bills; Shepit noted the CMAP invoice is not due until February 2025.
No discussion of alternative vendors or contract terms was recorded in the meeting minutes.
