"The combination of that, the the previous work and the proposed work comes up to 9.97% of the riverfront area," the applicant’s engineer reported. Commissioners asked for a plan detail showing helical‑pile heights and for confirmation of whether the existing leaching field was counted as degraded area; the hearing was continued to the commission’s Aug. 10 meeting pending receipt of the DEP file number and the requested pile details.
