The Norton Conservation Commission discussed an after‑the‑fact violation at 21 West Main Street and asked staff to obtain a status update from the applicant’s consultant.
“ We have received nothing from the applicants consulting as it pertains to the after action permit,” John Thomas told the commission, noting that a septic approval remains pending with the Board of Health and that the commission expects stormwater management information before permitting further work. The commission asked staff to contact Mark Arnold of Goddard Consulting for an update and to remind the property owner that stormwater controls are required.
