Commission approves TRL for 326 Descanso; owner says he will host and not permit roof-deck use

Staff said the property, roughly 1,468 square feet, includes an unenclosed roof deck and noted Noise District 1 rules and standard TRL conditions prohibit amplified sound outdoors between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. and prohibit unenclosed balcony use between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. The applicant, Joseph Tucker, said he intends to be the host when guests are present and that he does not plan to allow roof-deck access.
A motion to find the project exempt from CEQA and adopt Resolution PC-25-52 passed on roll call; commissioners voted in the affirmative and the item was approved. Standard conditions will apply before the license is issued.
