Board approves template Grant of Easement for drainage from PSGRC to RRCDD

District Counsel Tony Pires presented a proposed Grant of Easement template to allow PSGRC to grant drainage easements to the River Ridge CDD; the Board approved the template and agreed each future Grant of Easement would include a specific sketch and legal description for agenda consideration.
Mr. Krebs said he is preparing two additional drainage easements—one for Seaside II and one for the golf course area—and will forward them to counsel when complete. Resident Mike Rainstin noted no work on Phase I/II drainage improvements for Seaside & Masters had yet commenced and staff said the area must dry before work can begin.
