River Ridge CDD adopts Resolution 2025-01, elects board officers

The Board adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, Kurt Blumenthal and Robert Twombly as Assistant Secretaries, and add Keith Merrill as Assistant Secretary; the resolution also removed James Gilman from an Assistant Secretary post.
At the Oct. 22 meeting the River Ridge CDD Board adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect and remove officers. Kurt Blumenthal nominated the slate and the Board approved the resolution by motion; the minutes note the resolution "removes the following from the Board: James Gilman Assistant Secretary" and confirms several prior appointments remain unchanged.
The adopted slate lists Bob Schultz as Chair and Terry Mountford as Vice Chair, with Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and newly appointed Keith Merrill serving as Assistant Secretaries. Recording and financial appointments previously made (including Chuck Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Treasurer) were left in place.
