The formal adoption took place later in the meeting: a motion by Mr. Buchanan, seconded by President Patterson, to accept the amended budget passed with all members voting yes. The board did not record public questions during the hearing.
Board records attached to the minutes list a May 2026 payroll of $460,899.85 and accounts payable totaling $542,822.59, amounts the board approved as part of its consent agenda earlier in the meeting.
