President Peter D. Theodore announced two changes to the Board’s meeting schedule: the June 25 meeting start time was revised to 7:00 p.m. and the September meeting date was changed to Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. He also presented final committee appointments for District 807/NTDSE representation, IASB delegates, and membership for the Facilities, Finance and Policy committees.
The Board approved the committee appointments without objection following a motion by Secretary John P. Vranas and a second by Vice President Myra A. Foutris; President Theodore submitted the motion to a voice vote and the motion passed. The minutes list committee membership names and community members serving on each committee.
