The Lincolnwood School District 74 Board of Education approved a reimbursement resolution enabling the district to reimburse itself for 2027 Todd Hall renovation costs from proceeds of a future debt obligation, and separately approved bills payable totaling $1,342,913.10.
Member Jay Oleniczak moved approval of the reimbursement resolution and Vice President Myra A. Foutris seconded. "It was moved by Member Oleniczak and seconded by Vice President Foutris that the Lincolnwood School District 74 Board of Education approve the Resolution allowing Lincolnwood School District 74 to reimburse itself for 2027 Todd Hall renovation costs with the proceeds of a debt obligation, as presented," the minutes record. The motion passed unanimously.
The Board also approved invoices and bills payable totaling $1,342,913.10; the minutes note that bills were reviewed that month by Peter Theodore and John P. Vranas and that Secretary Vranas moved the bills payable motion, seconded by President Theodore.
