"It was moved by Secretary Vranas and seconded by Member Kwon that the Lincolnwood School District 74 Board of Education approves those items on the Consent Agenda as appear above," the minutes record.
Items on the consent agenda included a proposal for a mural in the Rutledge Hall Door 7 stairwell (not to exceed $130), Lincoln Hall floor and corresponding ceiling repairs (Stuckey Construction, $20,304), a Rutledge Hall staff lounge division (Stuckey Construction, $29,005), and labor proposals from Hill Mechanical Services to install chiller pumps at Rutledge and Lincoln Halls ($23,302 and $29,868 respectively). The Board also accepted a waiver request and $1,350 for district field use from the Lincolnwood Baseball & Softball Association for FY27.
On the administrative services side, the Board approved a PMA Securities municipal advisory agreement related to General Obligation Limited Tax School Bonds, a three‑year renewal with Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) for MAP assessment services ($46,777.50), a three‑year renewal of Frontline applicant‑tracking software ($6,366.27), adoption of Reading Mastery Transformations for a classroom (not to exceed $25,000), and the IPRF workers’ compensation FY27 renewal with HELP Program participation ($90,599).
