The Board also accepted donations: $1,230 from Pekin Moose Legion #916 to the Dragon's Closet program, $1,000 to the American Red Cross Scholarship Fund, and $500 from Take Two Resale Boutique to the PCHS Art Club. Several staff resignations were recorded in the reports section, including counselors and coaches whose effective dates were listed in board materials.
The Policy Committee presented 12 policies for first reading across operations, personnel, instruction, students, and community relations; the board voted to adopt the policies presented. The consent agenda motion was made by Terry Fischer, seconded by Stephen Huey, and passed.
