Board approves minutes, receipts, liquor permit, fee report and safety committee reappointments

The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners handled routine administrative items and approvals at its June 8 meeting.
The board approved minutes for the June 1, 2026 meeting by roll call. It also approved minutes of an emergency meeting held June 2, 2026; that vote recorded Commissioners Hewgley, Weems, Wuehler and Woodruff voting "aye" and Commissioner Chris Bruns abstaining.
The board placed the treasurer's receipts on file as presented and received and ordered filed the Clerk of District Court fee report in the amount of $15,821.72.
By motion the board approved a special designated liquor permit submitted by Old Depot Vineyard & Winery for an event at The Farmhouse on July 11, 2026.
The board reappointed four members to the county Safety Committee: Nicole Fisher (three‑year term), Booker Boyer (three‑year term), Penny Ball (two‑year term) and Tammy White (two‑year term).
The minutes show these items passed by roll call vote and were placed on file as routine business.
