The Pekin Community High School Board approved a contract with Environmental Control Solutions, Inc. (ECSi) to provide monthly inspection and support services for the district’s WebCTRL building automation system.
Chief Financial Officer Schaefer told the board the one-year agreement runs July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and the total cost is $40,488. The motion to approve the contract was made by Terry Fischer, seconded by Stephen Huey, and passed with the five members present voting yes.
The contract is routine facilities maintenance intended to support building systems; specific service details were included in the board materials distributed with the agenda.
