The Bass Lake Joint Union Elementary Board approved the district's annual transportation services plan for the coming school year, a document required for home-to-school transportation reimbursement.
Tara, the business official presenting the plan, told trustees the plan shows program costs and student counts used to calculate reimbursement. She said the plan "shows the total cost of our transportation program" and that changes year-to-year are typically limited to student counts and associated costs. Trustees moved to approve and recorded an affirmative vote.
The presentation noted the plan is required annually by April 1; staff said placing the item on the February agenda had been delayed this year but was included now to meet the deadline.
