Board moves to closed session on personnel, returns and approves personnel report

Dr. Kristine Mackey moved and Mrs. Beth Vlerick seconded that the board move into closed session to discuss appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees and collective negotiating matters; the motion carried on a roll-call vote and the board entered closed session at approximately 8:06 p.m.
The board returned to open session at approximately 8:31 p.m. and then, on a motion by Dr. Kristine Mackey seconded by Mrs. Katie Bevan, approved the Personnel Report as presented by unanimous roll-call vote. The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:32 p.m.
