Board approves consent agenda including fund transfer resolutions and insurance renewals

River Trails School District 26 trustees unanimously approved the consent agenda at their June 9 meeting. The consent package included minutes for May 5 and May 19 (regular and closed sessions), the personnel report, payrolls and vendor checks, an electronic equipment recycling/disposal item, renewal of service contracts, workers compensation insurance, FY27 property and liability insurance, and two resolutions transferring funds: from the Education Fund to the Operations & Maintenance Fund, and from Operations & Maintenance to Capital Projects.
Board members also approved board agreements and a Board/Superintendent communications expectations document as part of the consent agenda. The approvals were made by motion (Donna Johnson moved; Janine Freedlund seconded) and recorded AYE: Freedlund, Camardo, Pfisterer, Johnson. No items were pulled for separate discussion during the June 9 meeting.
