Board elects Pfisterer president, Grimpe vice president in annual reorganization

The board also affirmed the schedule of regular meetings through May 4, 2027, adopted committee assignments, and reaffirmed district policies, rules, and regulations as presented. Most motions carried unanimously; one vote recorded an abstention by William Grimpe on the vice-president motion (as noted in the record).
