Board approves 2026–27 salary schedules for administration and ESC support staff

At the June 9 Board meeting River Trails trustees approved two salary schedules for the upcoming school year. The first motion adopted the 2026–27 administrative salary schedule, described in materials as providing an overall increase in total average compensation of no more than 4.2% compared with 2025–26. Janine Freedlund moved the motion and Louis Camardo seconded; the vote was recorded AYE: Pfisterer, Freedlund, Johnson, Camardo.
The Board also approved the 2026–27 ESC support staff salary schedule with an overall increase in total average compensation of no more than 4.3% compared with 2025–26. Freedlund moved the ESC support staff schedule and Pfisterer seconded; the motion carried unanimously. Both approvals were presented as part of the business services agenda and will be implemented as part of FY27 personnel budgeting.
