The Board considered the confidentiality status of closed session minutes and the disposition of recordings (Resolution #15292). The motion determined three outcomes: certain minutes listed as do‑not‑release will remain confidential; minutes or portions no longer requiring confidentiality (July 9, 2024 through Dec. 10, 2024) will be made public and available within 60 days of adoption but not before July 31, 2026; and tape recordings as of July 9, 2024 and prior shall be destroyed.
Board members voted aye on the motion; no nays were recorded and Mr. Williams was absent. The Board also noted that tape recordings on and after Dec. 10, 2024 remain confidential.
