The board voted to approve the 4-year lease agreement with Konica Minolta at $4,792.70/month on a motion from Mr. Blair, seconded by Mrs. Rattana; the motion passed with all present voting yea and Mr. Downer absent.
District staff said leasing should provide more predictable annual payments and allow replacement cycles without large one-time capital purchases. The board will monitor the lease’s budget impact as part of routine financial reporting.
