Summary
Planning staff and the planning commission recommended approval of a certified survey map (CSM) at 827 Banker Road to combine parcels and correct mapping errors, and approved an extraterritorial CSM at N 2682 (****) Road within the city's 1.5‑mile review boundary; both CSMs were approved subject to planning commission corrections.

Director Drager presented two certified survey maps. For 827 Banker Road, Drager said staff found mapping discrepancies between county GIS and field records and that the applicant supplied an updated preliminary map correcting the issues; the planning commission recommended approval with conditions. For the extraterritorial CSM at N 2682 **** Road, Drager said the property lies within the city's 1.5‑mile review boundary, is shown as agricultural/rural on the future land use map and falls in the long‑range urban growth area; staff and the planning commission recommended approval subject to corrections noted in the planning commission memo.
Council moved, seconded and approved both CSMs; Drager said there was no expected financial impact to the city for either item and that approvals would facilitate the applicants’ intended accessory building and land‑use actions.
