Chris Brzoski, who introduced himself during the presentation, described how the contract and bid package include owner and contractor contingencies and a grandstand pier allowance to address unknown foundation conditions. He said the schedule allows subcontractors to see a six‑week look‑ahead and that the district will receive monthly progress updates. "We've got the schedule on our bid package, so that way all the subcontractors... know when it's supposed to start, when it's supposed to be finished," he said. Trustees praised the speed of work and the collaborative process during Q&A.
